Where to Reach Us About Your Data

If you want to see what information we hold, correct an outdated phone number, or request account deletion, use any of the three contact paths below. Live chat answers fastest during Malaysia daytime hours; email works for detailed requests that need a paper trail; Telegram suits quick follow-ups when you're on mobile.

Team online

Live Chat

Open the chat widget at the bottom right of any page and type your question. An agent will ask for your registered email to pull up your account, then walk you through the data we have on file or start a deletion request if that's what you need. Average reply time under three minutes during peak hours.

Email Support

Send your request to the address listed in your account settings. Include your registered email and phone number so we can verify ownership before sharing any personal data. We aim to reply within twenty-four hours with either the information you asked for or next steps if we need additional proof of identity.

Telegram Channel

Join our official Telegram group through the link in your account dashboard. Post your question with your account email; a moderator will move sensitive requests to a private chat so your data doesn't appear in the public feed. Useful for quick clarifications after you've already started a formal request through email.

SECURITY PRACTICES

How We Protect the Data You Share

When you log in from Kuala Lumpur or anywhere else in Malaysia, your password travels encrypted over HTTPS and lands in a hashed format we can't reverse.

Encrypted Login Flow

Your email and password hash through TLS before they reach our server. We store the hash with a unique salt so even identical passwords produce different strings in the database. Two-factor codes sent to your phone expire in five minutes and work only once, adding a second proof beyond what you know.

Cookie Scope

We set a session cookie that remembers your language choice and a preference cookie that saves your last three game rooms. Both expire when you close the browser unless you tick 'stay logged in', which extends the session cookie to seven days. No tracking pixels from ad networks; no third-party analytics cookies that follow you across sites.

Payment Isolation

Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost and FPX transactions clear through the processor's own gateway. We receive a reference ID and timestamp but never see your e-wallet PIN or bank credentials. When you deposit, the processor confirms the amount and we credit your balance; when you withdraw, we send the payout request and the processor handles delivery to your registered account.

Session Expiry

Inactive sessions time out after thirty minutes. If you leave a live table open and walk away, the next bet attempt will prompt a re-login. This window prevents someone from hijacking your account if you forget to log out on a shared device, without forcing a new password every few minutes during normal play.

Retention Schedule

Account profile and balance history stay live as long as you play. After twelve months with no login, we archive your data and delete session logs older than ninety days unless local financial rules require longer retention. Archived profiles can be reactivated by contacting support; fully deleted accounts can't be restored, so we ask you to confirm twice before we erase everything.

Access and Deletion Rights

You can request a CSV export of your transaction history, update your email or phone number, or ask us to close your account and delete your data. Reach us through live chat or email with proof of ownership; we'll process export requests within forty-eight hours and account closures within seven days. Local law determines whether we can delete financial records immediately or must keep them for audit purposes after closure.

What Visitors Ask About Privacy

Below are the questions we hear most often about how we collect, store and share your information. If your concern isn't covered here, use the contact paths in the support section above and we'll answer within a day.

We ask for your email, phone number and date of birth during sign-up so we can verify your identity and send withdrawal confirmations. Payment details go to the processor's secure gateway, not our database. We also log your IP address and device type each time you log in to detect duplicate sessions and enforce account limits.

We don't sell or share your wager data with third-party marketers. Local regulators may request transaction records where the law applies, and payment processors see the amounts you deposit or withdraw but not which games you played. Your betting patterns stay internal unless you contact support and ask for a CSV export of your own history.

Active account data stays on file as long as you log in at least once every twelve months. After a year of inactivity we archive your profile and delete session logs older than ninety days, keeping only the balance ledger and contact details. You can reactivate an archived account by contacting support, or request full deletion if you don't plan to return.

Yes. Contact support through live chat or email, verify your identity with your registered email and phone, and we'll send a CSV file listing your deposits, withdrawals, session timestamps and stored preferences. The export usually arrives within forty-eight hours. If you spot outdated or incorrect information, reply to the same support thread and we'll update it.

When you request account closure we freeze your profile immediately and process any pending withdrawal. After seven days we delete your email, phone number and session logs. Local financial rules may require us to keep transaction totals for audit purposes even after closure; if that applies your balance history stays archived but is no longer linked to your personal contact details.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a preference cookie to remember your language and recent game rooms. Both are essential for the lobby to work; blocking them means you'll need to log in again and reset your language on every visit. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies from external networks.

Log in, open your account settings, and enter the new contact details. We'll send a verification code to the new email or phone; once you confirm it the change goes live. If you can't log in because your old email is no longer accessible, contact support with proof of identity and we'll update the record manually after verifying you're the account holder.
